So what have I been up to?

Well, a bit of this

and some 'extreme sports' in the desert...

and also some 'real' surfing on the Atlantic coast of Morocco, though no photographic evidence of actually standing up.

A wee trip down to the Peak District for Andy's wedding. We managed a couple of short runs in between (and actually made it down off the hill in time for the ceremony, even if the bride was there before us).

Again, the photographic evidence just shows the usual cafe in Hathersage.

But we did run too.

The glorious weather on Saturday gave me the sneaking suspicion that England might actually have better weather than us. But Sunday confirmed they still get the same old drizzle.
