Weekend kayak trip

Neil and I spent the weekend up near Oban, paddling with Tony from Seafreedom Kayaks. We had an amazing two days around Shuna and Kerrera, with completely unbelievable weather. Two days of clear skies - we could even see as far as Ben Nevis. Saw a couple of very cute seals too, that's the best part of kayaking though I'm still holding out for seeing an otter!

I'm almost starting to feel like I can actually kayak, though I think it's unlikely I'd manage a third day without my shoulders giving up! 10.8 nautical miles round Kerrera is the furthest either of us had ever gone and we were both much in need of some soup and chips at the Real Food Cafe on the way home!!
