Had a few days holiday this week, in lieu of racing in the Hebrides, so took the opportunity to go up to Oban for a few days of paddling. Managed to get the new 2* kayak award which will come in pretty handy in future races. Had a lovely two days and feeling so much more confident out on the water.

Then a quick trip to Glentress for a blast round the black run with Tunnel Hill Jo. Think that's me for the week, I am TIRED!
