Recovery week

Really enjoying 'recovery week' as I get to lie in instead of going for early morning swims. Lots of sleeping, stretching and swimming this week. I marshalled at the Whangie Whizz last night and was quite glad to not be racing as my legs still felt a bit tired from the weekend. Have been wearing my compression tights in the evenings this week!! Going out for a lovely dinner tonight so more relaxing prior to the duathlon this weekend.
