Goals so far...

One third into the year and so far I've run 118miles, cycled 300, kayaked 13 and swum 17. Not bad going. I thought I did more than 10miles a week running but I suppose when it's through bog and thigh-deep tussocks it probably just feels like a whole lot more. Still, might need to do at least a bit more in case I end up running every day in the Heb.

For my other goals I've done the deerstalker, haven't rolled in a kayak. Have managed to swim three times a week most weeks so that's not too bad. Will be looking forward to open water swimming starting as I need the variety.
Still more adventures to come for the year!
